Stephen Schwartz is talking about a Wicked follow-up in the exact same way Richard O'Brien once spoke of Shock Treatment. theankler.com/p/more-oz-wi...

This, incidentally, is what too many of my friends' Letterboxd reviews of musical comedies from the 1930s sound like.
I find it difficult to watch the Muppets. Kermit is a domestic abuse victim and everyone is cool with it?!

The leftism leaving people's bodies like cartoon ghosts when people say "artists need to be paid" and "don't steal books."
i have never wanted to make a YouTube video before, but now i want to make one that's basically: Books Are Not Free Content For You, Stop Stealing From Authors, You Scabs.

we are not the enemy.
every dollar folks think they're taking from Amazon, they're taking from authors more.

Who was the best opening act you've seen live?

For her next act, Ariana should take a page from the Diana Ross playbook and record all the songs from Wicked whether Glinda sang them or not.

The white knit garment Glinda is wearing in the final shot is her sex cardigan and you won’t convince me
otherwise.

The new Rufus Wainwright Kurt Weill album is good, but it sounds exactly, phrase for phase, what you imagine a Wainwright Sings Weill would sound like.

It seems as though the Tony Awards administration committee decided to use they/them pronouns for everyone in their latest press release. This is also a form of misgendering.
