COVID is NOT primarily a respiratory disease.

It is a systemic vascular-immune disease causing endothelial injury, microvascular thrombosis, and immune dysregulation. This is concerning because the injury is cumulative with each infection(endothelium does not easily regenerate).

Diseases of genital organs (N40-N98), 7-14 year olds: whereas 80-93 percent of patients among 0-6 year olds are boys, in this age group 2/3 of patients are females. Growth rates (2022-2025e) are similar for both.
