Fudali: This is what we call in the civil litigation world a document dump, where you hide things in plain sight by throwing out a massive volume of documents with zero context, no order, no rhyme or reason, and then force the people who actually want information to dig through it.

Bonta: The Ninth Circuit refused to stay the order. And so, for the first time in six months, we have no National Guard deployed on the streets of California.

Popok: Have they been taken off the streets?

Bonta: They have. It was required as of, I believe, Monday.

Mike Johnson has lost control of the House, as we continue to push through petitions to force the votes he tries so hard to run from.

Congress may be closed for the Holiday, but their inboxes aren’t. Let’s flood them with messages and urge them to vote yes on extending ACA tax credits!

When survivors reacted to this so-called Epstein Files transparency, they didn’t sound shocked. They sounded validated.

Because even with a law, even with a deadline, even with the entire country watching, this pedocracy behaved exactly the way it always has.

Yesterday played out exactly as many expected a cover-up. When 119 pages of grand jury documents are released entirely redacted, that goes far beyond protecting victims’ identities. A court ordered these records released, yet what the public received was effectively nothing.
