Nice of him to admit on camera that he’s obstructing justice and aiding/abetting murder.
So simply naming someone is doxxing, but taking photos and license plate numbers to create a database of the opposition for government stalking and harassment purposes is not?

Naming someone is not doxxing them, and moving them to another city to kill more is conspiracy against rights.

This needs to be not only barred from being acted on, but a specific ruling that strips QI from any personnel who give the order or execute the order to act on it.
🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!

ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.

Anyone who’s ever seen “Open Range” knew this was going to happen.
The Dept.of Interior is sabotaging the MT bison restoration efforts of the group American Prairie, by revoking their permits, claiming that the allotments only be grazed by cows, not bison.

Yet another win for the beef industry, owned in large part by venture capitalists/tech bros.

Adding this clause to my working copy of the Judciary Act of 2029 (code name: Blue Mjölnir)
30% of the Trumpist legal movement would get hamstrung if Congress passed a law mandating that no judicial division could have only a single judge in it.
Judge Kacsmaryk writes to say that the First Amendment only protects "public discourse necessary to self-government," as he slurs drag and holds it not protected.

This, but unironically.

Speaking as someone *who chaired his 2016 precinct caucus for Bernie*, then proceeded to vote trade w/a Johnson voter in PA to move my Hillary vote from a safely blue to a swing state, yeah—that’s me. Because I’m a fucking adult who got over being told no & gets that half a loaf beats GOP despotism.
I'll bet many of these "Kamala wouldn't do this" people were the same people demanding Sanders voters immediately get over his loss in the primary's.

Dems +45 in the House, +9 in the Senate
This is probably the most accurate description.

Someone in their mid-50s today told me that this is the first time he had thought about or been affected by politics. And that guy is actively guarding buildings and his coworkers from ICE.
Minneapolis and Saint Paul have basically mobilized into a war economy of mutual aid and non-violent defense. I’ve never seen anything like it, even during Covid. People who barely vote are guarding their schools from ICE and doing the shopping for neighbors in hiding.

Underrated part of being an indie/alternative music guy and a football fan is I recognize like 98% of the commercial transition music and pretty much all of it slaps.

Can’t wait to hear how this is Democrats’ fault for nominating Kamala Harris 🙄

Not every choice in life excites you. But there is never NOT a “least bad” answer*

(Kamala Harris was a fucking amazing answer, not just “least bad.” But technically, she was that too)
I always vote, even if I don’t like any of the candidates. Because one of them is always worse.

One thing is for certain: If we're able to have another presidential election, we can at least cancel the debates.

No need. You seriously cannot debate this level of lunacy. You either want the United States back or you don't. It's that fucking simple.

I have nothing but sympathy for the people of Gaza and nothing but sneering contempt for everyone who refused to vote for Kamala Harris on the grounds that Palestinians would be no better off today than they are now (a lie) and don’t care that every non-MAGAt in America is materially off worse today
I feel for the people of Palestine who have been even more harmed because of the last election and I feel for us because most are not taking it seriously enough how deviant this President and his supporters are.

The Problem isn't that ICE doesn't have training, it's that ICE as an institution is being used as a secret police to round up people that the regime deems undesirable.

I don't want ICE to be reformed. I want it to be abolished.

I’m so old that I remember when the CECOT story was spiked because the government hadn’t commented on it for the record.
Who are the “two US officials” and why would CBS give them anonymity when they are just putting something out there that DHS and ICE obviously wants put out. Who are these “US officials” and why are they granted anonymity???

I'm sure the residents of Minneapolis are relieved to know that people refused to vote for Kamala Harris because they were upset about Gaza being subjected to an occupying military force.

The corollary to this is anyone arguing that gEnOcIdE jOe AnD kIlLeR kAmAlA deserved to lose on account of Palestine but has jack shit in their postings about Iranian pro-democracy protesters being slaughtered is either a useful idiot, a bot or a troll and regardless, should be blocked & ignored.
Honestly, a fantastic heuristic for who to listen to going forward should be “did this person unapologetically tell you to vote for Hillary, Biden and Kamala without hesitation because this was likely to happen?” And if the answer is no, they should be told to shut the fuck up forever.
