I was a supporter of the CA single payer 2002-08. Devil is in the details. Does it achieve cost saving at the expense of patient choice, access to multi-layered care, to specialists and cutting edge meds/treatments? If so, it's an economic bill not a health care bill. We know the difference.

I’ve heard most journalists and politicians say that Trump hasn’t been directly accused of wrongdoing or implicated in the Epstein Files.

Half the amount that everyone currently pays could provide universal healthcare. Private health companies don’t need to exist. Eliminate them. And use your collective buying power and economies of scale to get it done. Every cent of their profit is healthcare denied.

Pathetic all we need to do is take a green fucking labor position and it’d be fine. Also while I am personally pretty pro 2A this is pathetic coming from the Senator representing Sandy Hook.
It kind of seems like Sen. Chris Murphy is saying that Dems need to moderate their stances on abortion, gay rights, guns and climate in order get more votes. I find this argument pretty unconvincing.
