if this is the case, then Pritzker's first real 2028 test is *now*. If he lacks the authority, then you can't just lay down or throw up your hands. the moral case is clear. He has to both communicate that he lacks the authority AND!! make a public effort to ask for such authority.

Trump vs. US was the final straw imo. You cannot read that ruling and continue believing they have legitimacy. It is not only against the plain text of the constitution, it is anathema to the national ethos. It is offensively, insultingly un-American and they ceded legitimacy by committing that sin.

anyways. a 2nd reconstruction will similarly to the first one involve temporary dissolution of enough states to ratify a second Declaration & Constitution. That's basically our option. otherwise we will continue to limp our way to our deaths

I think that tortures the logic a bit. The easier way to go about it might be to more possibly say the 2024 election ended the 2nd Republic, nothing is legitimate or carried forward except for what we explicitly ratify from here on out

The federal government as ordained and established by the Constitution has ceased to function, and what has replaced it isn't our government under our Constitution. That's not flippant rhetorical hyperbole, I don't say it insensitive to what the consequences are. But it's the grim reality we face.

• all adults have equal income and pay equal taxes
• 50% of adults are married to each other and have 1 kid each, making kids 1/3rd the pop.
• what % of govt spending should kids receive, as they don't pay taxes? any amount above 0% will disprop. benefit parents
