Had nightmare last night that I spent $440 at Costco and went in the hole again, because "I can just pay it back on the first!" And woke up this morning w/deep feeling of dread 😆. The relief was palpable. These are like the nightmares I'd have about eating bread when I was doing low carb in my 20s.

For us, we’ve been baking for weeks but it really starts to be Christmas now.

We give out cookie plates at New Year’s, we got the dulce du leche done and canned/jarred. Kiddo did the work there. Stirred for hours. Only one didn’t seal. For me that’s good, and we can eat that jar first.
