Just in case: I have had bottom surgery, it has made my life immensely better. I believe everyone who wants it is valid and should have access to it. I also believe everyone who doesn’t want it is valid. It’s not complicated or controversial.

A: I get misgendered
B: Adding sir/ma’am/other salutation does nothing to make the sentence better or more polite
