We want to support educators by sharing our love of diverse books.

So this October, 2% of every sale at Mysterious Galaxy will be donated to local teachers to help them build classroom libraries filled with diverse books for their students.

I may work on my own list before looking at the staff lists. I usually end up submitting a mix of some popular ones that I also really like and the oddball ones that I love and possibly no one else will vote for. Although I may be tempted to pick 10 from I'm Your Fan, the Leonard Cohen cover album.😂

Hooray! I look forward to this event every year. I might have to work a little harder to come up with my list this year, since I don’t always pay attention to whether a song is a cover or the original version.
