Sens Dorn and Hansen are carrying water for Pillen by saying WEC is no longer a state prison, but a federal jail. To which I say, I don't give a shit. It's located in NE, it's being staffed by state prison staff, and it's supposedly going to revert to being a state prison sometime in the future.
