The fundamental problem here--even if there were some legal basis for using such force to destroy the cocaine headed to Suriname (there's not)--is that Bradley accepted at face value ... [1]

Take this in.

"[Admiral] Bradley ... affirmed having sought real-time legal advice, but that he did not say whether his military lawyer considered the survivors shipwrecked and out of the fight."
How a U.S. admiral decided to kill two boat strike survivors
The controversial order given by Adm. Frank Bradley is under scrutiny from Congress. Inside the most consequential deliberation of his career.

Hiring a Black woman: “identity politics”

Hiring a white guy for a job that has been held disproportionately by white guys, because he is a white guy: “subverting” identity politics!

(The author of this sentence is Dylan Byers; you will not be surprised to learn that he is a white guy.)

Requiring foreign visitors to hand over 5 years of social media isn’t “security,” it’s unchecked government control.

All-seeing surveillance systems don’t make us safer. They are in direct opposition to our civil liberties.

If Trump is getting Kisunla or Leqembi, he must have shown some clear evidence of cognitive impairment in testing. I could certainly see Trump having trouble with the "count backward from 60 by sevens" part of the MOCA even if he aced the "that's a giraffe" part.
Brain swelling, which necessitates regular MRI’s, and tiredness are main side effects of the Alzheimer’s drug Leqembi, administered intravenously through the hand. — So, is Trump secretly taking Alzheimer’s medication?

Why is the term "skeptic" constantly used for these people?

They are not interested in data or truth, and cannot be convinced to change their minds. It is part of their ideology.
