When I was learning to draw caricatures, my instructors drilled into us "you're going to draw 10,000 really bad faces before you get to your first good face." Repetition and practice do wonders for making art
i drew 1 million bad drawings and was the worst artist in my friend group online for years. i like my art now, and not only do i like my art, i like being able to try to help other peoples' art reach people. learning to draw is worth the thousands of bad drawings you make to learn.

Finally some good news
GOOD NEWS! Researchers have shown Alzheimer’s disease can be REVERSED- not just prevented. Using a potent neuroprotective compound called P7C3-A20, they found RESTORING balance to a central cellular energy molecule (NAD+) not only PREVENTED disease features but REVERSED them, EVEN at late stages.
