"In our federal system, the National Gov. possesses only limited powers; the States and the people retain the remainder. The States have broad authority to enact legislation for the public good—what we have often called a 'police power.' The Fed. Gov., by contrast, has no such authority."-SCOTUS '14

Kidnapping.

Capturing a person against their will without due process is called kidnapping.

Transporting them to another country without due process is called human trafficking.

A squalid extrajudicial prison for people found guilty of no crime is called a concentration camp.
stop calling things deportation just because they call it deportation.

-You cannot legally deport people without due process.

-You cannot legally deport citizens.

-They are defining down deportation to break the law.

It's simple. Everyone in the US enjoys the protections of the Constitution - even visitors. So if someone commits a crime here, you give them due process here. You charge them here, try them here, and sentence them here. You don't deport them to an offshore torture prison.

If Trump wants to cut Federal waste start with Musk’s companies. Tesla and SpaceX receive over
18 billion dollars in federal funding.
Why are we giving a billionaire money when he can fund his own projects?

Musk, wielding immense wealth and influence, wants to undermine a pillar of national security. Why? The idea that a single billionaire could dictate American foreign policy is outrageous and dangerous. We cannot allow one individual to dismantle a cornerstone of security based on personal ideology.

USAID is one of our most effective tools for shaping a safer, more stable world—without deploying troops. It saves lives, prevents conflicts, and strengthens America’s influence. We cannot let an unelected billionaire weaken one of our most vital tools of diplomacy and security.
