Nature is amazing. I keep doing a visual check of this bird sitting in its nest on a rather flimsy gumtree branch. It's so windy in Canberra today. Lots of trees are down. And with a bit of luck, this one will stay upright. Hope everyone stays safe including this little bird. 🙏

Many nurses mistake being task oriented & compliant as professional. You have a wider range of duties. Being a patients advocate which sometimes pits you in opposition to corporate processes. Striving for safety, dignity & the rights of patients & colleagues. It's not always about wounds & baths.
