Catching up on skeets after a well timed Costco trip and yes, this is the way.
this is probably the first time I’ve not watched a political thing during evening hours and only experienced it via y’all’s skeets and let me tell you, this is the way to go. 10/10, only thank you notes

While the media chums it up with Greene, reminder that she has a bill going before the House today to make it a *federal crime* to provide or advocate for healthcare for trans youth.
Marjorie Taylor Greene: "What I'd like to see from the president is empathy for Americans. Donald Trump is a billionaire and he's the president. When he looks into a camera and says 'affordability is a hoax,' he's talking to Americans that are suffering and have been for many years now."

Umm yes hello, this is why I religiously watch every single day of spooky lakes month. Seaside pool on the rocky coastline? 🚩🚩
“A powerful wave dragged a group of swimmers out to sea while they were in a popular seawater pool along the rocky, western coastline of the Spanish island of Tenerife, leaving four died and one missing, Spanish authorities said Monday.”

I like how we’re just referring to her as a scientist but not pointing out that she’s a scientist NOT in vaccines or immunology or virology or microbiology.

I hate it here.
One of the anti-vaccine presenters before the CDC committee that took this vote, which experts say ignored science, was Cynthia Nevison, a scientist at CU Boulder.

if you are food insecure for both the humans and pets in your household there is a tool called Pet Help Finder that can help locate pet food banks nearby and other free or reduced price assistance and supplies for pets.
no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, should have to give up their pet bc of this.

Gotta love Colorado mail in voting system. Got emails/texts when my ballot was mailed, delivered, received and finally counted. Does a digital sticker still count for today’s “I voted” selfies?

We’re about to see a heartbreaking increase in pet surrenders on top of already high surrender numbers. If you can, donate pet supplies or to pet pantries.

As people have to shift their financial priorities with the loss of SNAP benefits, don’t forget that there will be pet food/supply needs. Colorado Pet Pantry is a a great resource if you are in need or are in a place to donate. Resources like this help keep pets out of shelters.
Our weekly Word of Thanks microgiving campaigns are pivoting, effective immediately, to feeding Coloradans in need as SNAP food benefits lapse. We'll continue this effort each week for the foreseeable future. Our first campaign kicks off on tonight's program. Details to follow.

Remember: The richest 1% evade over $160 billion in taxes every year.

That amount would fund SNAP for a year with money to spare.

Ask yourself who the real freeloaders are.

In one breath this dipshit admits that real American people depend on gov services but then gloats about cutting those services. The cruelty.
Johnson: “While a shutdown is very damaging for real American people who depend upon government services, it can provide an opportunity to downsize the scope and the scale of government, which is something that we've all always wanted to do.”

I know we just got a ton of rain this week, but Greenwood Village has been wasting water like this ALL summer long. Badly aimer sprinklers and over watering has led to so much wasted water in the streets every single day. And can’t forget to mention watering during the heat of the day.

A medicine derived from folate? Lemme guess… methyl folate. If you’ve encountered any MAHA person, you know they’re against folate fortified foods because it’s an “unnecessary additive” but here’s this worms for brains idiot blaming folate deficiencies.
