EU4 still my most played game of all time on steam at 600+ hours, so I guess I would have to say that for then, maybe joint with Pokémon x/y

Not sure for now. Can’t really see any game there I would pick up again today

Listing out some things I enjoyed this year, just for a bit of fun. The best book I read in 2025 was Rejection by Tony Tulathimutte. Fantastic set of short stories, each about a person that experiences rejection and how it shapes their life. I found it enthralling and harrowing in equal measure.

Tough one between Control and Disco Elysium - I think Control edges it.

Why not make it 100? Or 1,000 years maybe, would that be tough enough? Christ these people are almost as stupid as they are evil

Gavin has shown himself unfit to be President. This is why we should let our current President take a third term, despite his age. Who cares what the constitution says.

Bravo Zurich. We need that in UK. Bigger/heavier (mostly Stupendously Unnecessary Vehicles) must be taxed off the roads. They’re too dangerous (deadly to pedestrians), our roads are too small for them, they use too much fuel. That original 1960s Mini could seat 4 people! Nothing bigger is needed!
On Sunday, #Zürich residents voted 52.8% in favor of increasing parking fees for cars according to weight.

The owner of a BMW X2 (Diesel), which weighs 1,675 kilograms, will now pay equivalent of €717 Euros per year to park on a public street. (Before, about €321.)

What on Earth is this? An "in depth" BBC article about free speech in the UK that only cites examples of right-wing/ 'anti-woke' speech being suppressed. How can you mention Lucy Connolly but completely ignore Palestine Action / Just Stop Oil? Gob-smacking. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Reform's ‘plan’ to revoke the legal status of millions of UK residents is morally abhorrent & economic madness

The public believe in fairness & mutual respect, not this cruel Trumpian policy that would leave us all poorer. We are not America - we must resist this dangerous turn in British politics.

It has long been known that Mandelson remained close to Epstein even after he was convicted of sex offences.

He shouldn't have been appointed in the first place, and it is very clear that the Prime Minister must sack him immediately.
