Trying to jump a crappy BMX bike across a pit we dug in the sand.
I really shouldn't have tried the 2nd time, even though I nearly made it over the 1st time. The fact I could barely walk should have been a sign not to try.
Gave me some lingering back issues that I didn't understand until after 30
