Sometimes family really sucks but I’m fortunate enough to have amazing partners who were able to step in and help me as well as other family who is more understanding
There is a part of me that wants to say fuck it to the stress of traveling and getting all put together and dealing with family for hours and just fucking sitting on my couch reading a book

I’ll contribute, one Halloween, when I was 14 I did the whole dress as a woman thing. But I didn’t do it the way cis men do so people kept assuming I was a girl who hadn’t brought a costume all night and it made me feel so good. I kept that outfit for another 10 years b4 I figured it out.
So like... this seems silly at first glance, but legit? This is so real. All those moments in life we're embarrassed of, but which lowkey made us who we are. And shame only hurts us.

Much of SF lost power last night. Waymos blocked intersections across the city, even though they are Wayless than 1% of cars on the roads. They accumulated at their failure points--intersections with no green lights, in busy areas, and shut down traffic there.

I dislike Etsy sellers who never respond to messages. Something got returned to sender and she’s said she would re-send it but it’s been a month and she hasn’t responded to any messages. At this point I’m about to call my bank to have them refund the purchase.

More than half the trans people I know are disabled, and many of us have been advocating for a synthesis of disability justice and trans rights for literal years due to how we are surveilled, regulated and denied autonomy in similar ways.

i got blocked for criticizing this but this shit fucking sucks. i'm a disabled trans person and the idea that trans people are somehow privileged in public and political discourse is wild. this kind of resentment kills solidarity and makes spaces unsafe for trans disabled people
