Love that Channel 9 is both resorting to using AI for their animated intros during #ChristmasWithDelta, and not bothering with quality checks and letting their AI animated intros go out with the Channel 9 logo only having three dots instead of nine.

… 😞

Finally finished Alien: Earth.

Was a 4/10 until the last scene. 2/10.

What a waste of a film property.

It's hard to be a good person at times. My 10yo just lost his U12 3v4 final 3-2.

One of the umpires was quite impactful in their calls and non-calls.

Enough to impact possession quite a bit.

... After the match I see that their kid brother is on the other team :-(

Hard to not think it...

A simple but powerful image.
The interesting thing about getting people to agree that the goal should be transportation “balance” — TRUE balance, not the lip service we’ve been paying in 99% of suburbs that’s really just about slightly less car dependency — is that to achieve such balance, you’re going to have to PRIORITIZE. 6/

The share of the population living in extreme poverty is now higher in the United States than in China.

When will more people realise that the US is only a democracy in name, not in action?

It merely dances to the tune of the top 1%.

Local FB group complaining about parking problems on a through road next to a train line "caused" by the widing of a bicycle path.

They're not happy they can't store a 5x2m object on the road for free.

Lets see if my suggestion of storing a 5x2m garden shed on the road for free upsets the NIMBYS.
