- $14.4 billion for transportation and removal, on top of the current annual budget of $750 million

The first question we need to ask is why Trump wants to keep Abrego García in El Salvador. A normal administration would want to retrieve someone wrongly sent to a foreign gulag. I believe part of the reason I that Trump wants a fight with the courts in which he can defy their orders.
