Clyde was a Markov-chainer chatbot (in the old meaning) that was installed on certain channels in MIT's internal IM system when we were undergrads, which would listen on the channels, learn from them, and emit pseudorandom semi-gibberish.
My policy proposal is someone makes clyde for like discord, tiktok communities, classroom management software, wherever the kids are hanging out. And people get to install it, train it, play with it and say "do or don't train on my posts". Watch their own words go in and get chewed on.
