On ICE raids and attacks in Chicago, local reporters have consistently shown up the national outlets attempting to report remotely.

Locals continue to break story after story even as the nationals are summarizing govt press releases. They've shown physical bravery in very dangerous circumstances.

Yeah I can agree with that. Primaries test candidates on the stump, in oppo research, and debating. And, should Mills prevail, her age is the ONLY thing that's troubling...she's petty good otherwise. If she lacks the energy to be a robust candidate, like Biden did in 2024, we'll find out.

However, for the average person, being charged, and having to appear in front of a grand jury, getting a lawyer etc, is *already* intimidating and damaging. There should be consequences for such blatant prosecutorial misconduct.
