Part of being able to "survive" comfortably for me has been based on luck. Another part has been choosing stocks in the last month. I've "made" $60k in the last month on my 401k. Like what the F is that? It doesn't seem real.
I keep telling my partner we are benefiting from this ridiculous increase

Had a colonoscopy today. When I have colonoscopies, I go without anesthesia to ensure my mask stays on. I am going thru the extensive questionnaires with the nurse. I mention I just flew back from Hawaii, and she asks me if I am feeling any flu like symptoms.

Went looking at homes in a rural, quiet area just for fun. Except the idea of unidentified people claiming to be ice could at any time invade your home without a warrant & without evidence puts a damper on that. Assume seizure of property by the gov’t is next, so what’s the point of buying?
