Corporations are relying on shame to stop folks from fighting to keep porn around. An amazing way to fight against this stuff is to simply not be ashamed of sex and sexuality; even if you think some of it is "cringe". You'll do yourself a favor by eliminating your shame about sex.
When you fight censorship, you're also fighting for things you might not exactly like and it's something you gotta get comfortable with. I promise you, the fetish game you turn your nose up at is NOT YOUR ENEMY. You must think of the bigger picture, you must not fall for the bait.

Why am I so against generative AI in games?

If you don't believe crime emerges from social causes and can be addressed and remediated, then you don't actually believe that this 'system of laws' can do anything to prevent future crime, though- and if the point of that system isn't to prevent crime, it's just meant to punish and remove people.
I do have an argument other than ”just kill them,” which is that we should have a system of laws and evidence, with the protection of juries and a constitution, and punish crimes in proportion to their severity

Actually I do think other trans people can know better than cis parents what their child was going through and what honours her memory, yes. Because we are forced to live the conditions that created the outcome that led to her murder, which was an atmosphere of pervasive transphobic bigotry.
