How tariffs will work.
Very few Nike sneakers will be sold in the USA.
And when they are they will cost $140 instead of $100.

Listening to Dark Side Of The Moon on Apple Music. And it can’t get the seamless transition between one track and another. And there are volume jumps between tracks. In 2025.

How is listening to a 50 year old album a worse experience than it was when it was released?

In 25 years of covering national security, I’ve never seen a story like this: Senior Trump officials discussed planning for the U.S. attack on Yemen in a Signal group--and inadvertently added the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Anyone else on this platform think the tolls coming off the bridges is a good thing?

I'm very much of the opinion that it's nothing but another tax for residents of Halifax or Dartmouth who happen to work on the opposite side of the bridge...

So, that likely means Halifax won't ditch X before then.

An ominous “boom” reverberates throughout Nova Scotia as Premier Houston takes his authoritarian axe to the pillars of democracy. One of the first to go, an independent Auditor General, the fiscal watchdog needed to ensure government accountability and transparency.

Well this one is definitely a little concerning...
The legislature now has the power to keep auditor general reports private, and to fire the auditor general at will. Non-unionized government employee are now also at will and can be fired without cause.
