No there's definitely a war on protein. There definitely isn't a fitness culture where you're told exactly how much protein to eat according to your weight, you definitely can't get supplements absolutely everywhere.

No there's definitely a war on protein. There definitely isn't a fitness culture where you're told exactly how much protein to eat according to your weight, you definitely can't get supplements absolutely everywhere.
