A bit of explaining is all it takes for them to see how KOSA being passed is a threat to them, speaking from experience. Talk to your friends, tell them how these measures can be bypassed by kids simply impersonating someone else, talk about the lack of privacy and speech suppression this creates.

Any acc that says KOSA is good is misguided. It will not help kids, it will stifle them and adults alike, not to mention the security and privacy risks it imposes.

I just called two of my Democratic Senators and told them that their free speech will also be no more if they allow MAGA extremists to destroy Section 230. You can’t be an ally to those you promise to protect if you’re willing to take away the shield that protects our digital rights from lawsuits!

Section 230 is the only thing that stops the executive branch from ordering technology companies to take down speech they don't like. Dissenting speech on the internet will go away. Please stop and talk to someone who understands this issue (my DM's are open). Repealing 230 right now is insane.
