An admission that the gov agency that to "cut waste, fraud, and abuse" ended up not saving the any money and the agency ending up *costing the government money: While ending many programs like USAID that helped millions of people.
DOGE shut down as a "cost-saving measure" is one of those things that should be an @theonion.com article but in our Age of Stupid is just an average Sunday.
Cutting USAID likely killed hundreds of thousands of people and we don't talk about that enough.

Every person who dies or disappears in ICE custody or dies after being sent to an inappropriate country or to a prison... these deaths should be documented and go into calculating the number of ICE personnel to execute.
i am willing to compromise by just insisting on prison terms for ICE employees. that is the moderate position.
if there's a reason to keep up the "tribunals for all involved" discourse one such reason it is to put in stark relief how far away some of the Dem politicking is from the mood on the ground
