IMHO, Cory Booker has been disappointing in a lot of ways (AIPAC money, cough cough), but I do worry that writing off his actions now as merely “performative BS” feels like the same kind of nihilism that helped get this administration in power.

Folks seem to forget what VP Harris’s run in the senate was like. She was the White liberal darling when she was going after Kavanaugh. White folks set her up then pushed her off the cliff. I don’t like them attaching themselves to Jasmine.

And yet, I saw someone say at their recent congressman’s town hall that he said the Democrats aren’t planning on doing anything outside of the norm. They will follow the rules and hope that when midterms come up, the republicans in charge will be voted out. 🙃🙃🙃
