Might have to cancel my recurring donation to @propublica.org. They have historically done very good reporting, and I wanted to support that. But it looks like they may be going in a different direction.
1/ At bargaining yesterday, @propublica.org management said that they should have 100% discretion to replace workers with AI and would not commit to labeling future AI-generated content.

Not sure what I did to upset the Sports Gods for this season, but the two teams I cheer for in the sports I watch (Leafs in the NHL and Union Berlin in the Bundesliga) are both playing an unwatchable version of their sport. Really hard to be a fan of these teams so far. Sports!

It's not sustainable to pay for every newsletter and Patreon you want to support. I subscribe to MANY and I am going to have to unsubscribe to some because it is costing me thousands of dollars a year (over $3000). More collectivist options need to be developed.
