Just like the water cycle we all learned about in grade school, when politicians receive money from special interests, they then make it rain on these special interests with favors, pardons, favorable legislation, and government contracts.

I break it down.

In a year, Trump has amassed a massive fortune by exploiting the power of the Oval Office.

While he fills his pockets to the brim, the price of groceries, healthcare, and housing continue to reach new highs.

Self-enrichment and corruption always come at a cost to everyday people.
Trump has shamelessly used the presidency to make an amount of money equal to 16,822 times the median U.S. household income of $83,730.

This is the most astonishing graph of what the Trump regime has done to US science. They have destroyed the federal science workforce across the board. The negative impacts on Americans will be felt for generations, and the US might never be the same again.

This is window dressing at best; it will not stop ICE invading our cities and attacking our neighbors. Absolutely crazy for any Democrat to move money to ICE while they're occupying the twin cities and more invasions are looming.
Minibus is out. Democrats were able to include some guardrails in about ICE:
-restricts ICE to spending $3.8 billion of its annual budget
on detention as opposed to being able to spend $10 billion
-$20 million that must be used for body cameras 1/

The rest of us need to be taking notes—and helping them!

The woman shouting "shame!" was the wife of Renee Nicole Good who had just watched her being murdered by an ICE agent. That reaction was remarkably mild.
Trump on Renee Good: "When she was shot, there was another woman that was screaming 'Shame. Shame Shame Shame.' So loud. Like a professional opera singer. She was so loud. And so professional. She wasn't a woman that was hurt like, 'Oh my heart is injured.' She was a professional."
