The label of “activist” also get disproportionally applied to journalist of color who try to represent their communities and bring light to injustices / disparities.
We should categorically reject and contest the assertion or implication that being an "activist" in some way diminishes/qualifies a person's perspective or positions; it's part of an insidious and reactionary project to make "passive apolitical consumer" the only correct mode of citizenship

I genuinely cannot stress this enough. If you want to make a valid point about anything (especially social justice), using AI imagery is the quickest way to discredit everything you are saying. Same goes for fake or out of context images but especially AI. Just don’t.
