Anderson v Griswold is the correct citation. The finding of fact - Trump was an insurrectionist was not appealed. The appeal to SCOTUS proceeded on the basis that he was & was still eligible despite being an insurrectionist.

I had a bad day at the software factory. Took a walk outside, then stewed in one of the 'thinking pods' for a bit.
Ended up staying late, got drive-through on the way home. Guy there's handling my money, taking the next order, and dealing with a colleague _at the same time_.
Realizations happened.

Recalling the time eons ago (like when I was a law student) that I went to a pole dancing lesson birthday party and I was like.....oic im never making the joke that I'm gonna drop outta school and become a stripper ever again, stripping is obviously harder than school
it's not that i ever doubted that being a barista was a skilled position, but my year-long effort to try to produce a half-decent latte at home has convinced me that a good barista is easily more skilled than virtually every c-suite executive on the planet

I had a water meter installed and eliminated all waste from my consumption. Got a 'just checking in' call from the water co. to ask how come my household was using only 14ltrs (~3 gallons) a day. Yeah, I think I'll sleep alright after prompting occasional mathsy code on a free-tier account.
