Today I learned about SSL certificate transparency (CT) logs and that apparently GoDaddy is issuing (or was issuing in December), SSL certificates that are invalid because they used a CT log from DigiCert named "Sphinx2027h1" that isn't usable by Safari (but is usable by Chrome).

i have my problems with the nyt but this is good and I *have* noticed a more blunt headlines and stories in recent weeks from them. There's still plenty of baffling choices and euphemisms but i sense a tide turning there
I have to say, some of the replies to this are the dumbest boomer shit I've ever seen. "I don't like infographics!" "Paywall!" "They wrote a headline I didn't like two years ago!" Get a grip.
