He doesn't go far enough. All 25 members of the court should rule on every case and all 16 new Democrats should be 40 or younger. Also a 2/3rds majority to rechange the size of the court in any direction from 25 members.
Again, adding a few seats to SCOTUS is now the baseline "moderate" position in the face of this authoritarian nonsense.

I am legitimately shocked at the amount of nonviolent discipline Chicago has shown. I would have expected more violent outbursts by now.
I cannot shake the enduring dread that these idiots are eventually going to kill someone on camera in a way that causes mass civil unrest, which they will respond with violence and end up getting themselves and most of the rest of us killed in the insanity that results.
Here’s a disturbing video from Evanston of a federal agent hitting a man on the ground as people yell that he can’t breathe.
