This excellent thread about the real systems issues in the NHS and Social Care services right now. Some require difficult political decisions on reallocating resources. Some need relatively small investments to fix blockage points.
and the failure to implement solutions right in front of our eyes because of the fixation with "innovation" and digital for its own sake

Examples from my daily practice which have got worse by far recently

1. Endless (discharge) transport delays
2. Endless (discharge) equipment delivery delays

Not sure people are getting the real importance of the Russians fooling Trump about the Ukrainians attacking Putin's house. It was to demonstrate just how much they control his thinking--how much he is in their pocket. And it worked.

Just sent out this piece about the Trump-Zelensky-Putin pantomime yesterday. People who think this brought peace closer cannot face the truth. This meeting was a continuation of Trump's efforts to help Putin and demean Ukraine. And he succeeded. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

So what do we know so far?
Trump called Putin before meeting Zelensky to agree a common position.
Trump publicly stated that Putin seriously wants peace
The Russians have stated that the US and Russia are aligned.
So yeah--this looks like a pantomime so far.
Hi All, Just sent out my free weekend update. We seem to be in the latest act of the US pantomime of negotiating with Ukraine but actually helping Russia. You would think people would have figured it out by now. open.substack.com/pub/phillips...

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has stated that the 1918 flu pandemic was caused by a lab virus from vaccine research, a defective influenza vaccine. Let’s analyze what a lie this is. First, in 1918, 107 years ago, virology was in its infancy

A tempting mark—why is Trump behaving in ways that benefit Moscow?
Moscow appears to have used these vulnerabilities to influence Donald Trump, and, unfortunately, has done so with considerable success
