This protection is minimal, as readers can just display everything in the default skin if they choose, and it presumably kills accessibility by making it impossible for screenreaders to scan the text. YMMV, but that is not an acceptable tradeoff to me.

Hitting 30 has made me realize just how much more mature I've become since I got out of high school. I don't even interact with fandom spaces the same way I used to.
That's a good thing, too. It means I've grown a lot and will continue to grow going forward ✨️
