There is absolutely no reason for Dems to vote for GOP nominees, to facilitate the smooth operation of Congress, nor to withhold impeachment of the President and his appointees. Do it all.
Here’s some things that can be done by a party out of power
- file impeachment articles every day in the House

These are a good start but making this about Kristi Noem is the equivalent here of the One Bad Apple defense the police always use to defend their institution. Noem isn't the problem, she's a predictable symptom of the actual problem, which is that ICE and frankly DHS need to be dismantled
