Amazing how legacy media panics over a leftist mayor, compared to how chill they were about an actual fascist becoming president. Really clarifies their priorities.
He's not even sworn in and fucking Politico is counting him out. With journalists like Politico's and the New York Times', who needs enemies?

Trump allowed the richest man in the world to condemn potentially millions of people to death. In a just world, this moral atrocity would follow all involved — Musk, DOGErs, Vought, Marco Rubio and Trump — like a trail of blood for the rest of their days.

really cannot be emphasized enough that bari weiss has literally never done journalism. i don’t mean that in the pejorative sense. i mean that in the “has never performed the job she was hired to do” sense
One explanation for Bari killing the story is that she did so as a public act of fealty to the administration. But another is that, as an inexperienced journalist, she doesn’t understand that a refusal to go on the record is a kind of comment in and of itself

We need to stop talking about a “crisis of trust” as if the public are behaving irrationally. We have a crisis of *trustworthiness* in politics, and we seem deeply in denial about it.

One thing that absolutely definitely happens for real in the academic job market is that when you do not get a job, the Dean calls you and explains why you didn't get it. This is extra-super true when the explanation is something legally actionable on its face.
You’ll never guess who else experienced ‘racism’ on the job market despite their unimpeachable academic credentials.

EU-Mercosur is, my apologies, a no-brainer. The US no longer wants a close relationship with Europe. Everyone is shouting for diplomacy and engaging with others. But quite frankly: who would those others be outside Europe if we are not ready to engage with South America?

A hacker remotely broke into the phone farm, unmasking the AI influencers/fake accounts, gave us the data www.404media.co/hack-reveals...

And the worst part is, you like streaming? Eat an ass, only Googles API browsers or Firefox direct have DRM streaming licenses. Bubble Crab can't play Hulu, chill penguin catches on fire if you use the Deezer web player.

i hate AI so much
“try water fox or ice weasel” try chill penguin. install flame mammoth. you just download bubble crab. literally just use boomer kuwanger. sting chameleon has a search bar, use it to find toxic seahorse.
I asked what I should use instead of firefox and someone said “floorp” and I legitimately thought it was a bit for like five minutes. tech has gone beyond making the torment nexus real to making poob real.
