As I wrote for MSNBC earlier this year, the bipartisan consensus on disability rights (always partial, always contested, always insufficient, yes yes I know!) is dead. I don't know what comes next, but the ADA era of bipartisanship is dead.

The partnership between Rotary and @who.int goes back since 1988. In fact, Rotary were the pathfinders in first proposing the #EndPolio idea – inspired by the historic eradication of smallpox.
