This! For it to be a war crime there needs to be a war (question of fact – Tadic) and to exercise self defence there needs to be an armed attack (Oil Platforms). Neither condition is satisfied at a factual level. As such this is a Crime Against Humanity (or just murder)

Michael has taken a pretty strange path toward get here, but if he actually -recommends- a book, then it's probably worth your attention
Of all the ways that Windows 11 makes me not like it very much, it could probably make up a whole lot of ground by finally making the search in the toolbar actually be useful and search your local drives again, rather than being some kind of lite-sauce web browser alternative
