Here is a quick and helpful explainer on why it's important for ask your senator to vote NO on cloture (not just on the bill itself...). Short version: it's much easier to kill this by voting no on cloture.
Yes means they vote to proceed automatically to a vote and IT only takes 50 votes to pass CR. If it is a NO on cloture, filibuster rules require 60 votes for CR to pass.
That is why some Dems are BSing you. If they vote yes on Cloture they get to "claim" a NO vote on CR but it wont matter.
