Just came as close as I ever have to yelling at my CEO.
My nonprofit operates a coffee shop and it has a flyer for our local ICE hotline. She was wondering if it was appropriate to have up. I had to calmly but forcefully point out it is 100% legal for people to report on the whereabouts of ICE.

There is no "neutral" when a man is being assaulted by the gestapo. This is why so many of us scream when we see suggestions to call 911 when ICE is spotted. Local police will not help us.

My Senator Elizabeth Warren ( @warren.senate.gov ) is known in the local LGBTQ community for showing up at Pride and dancing around in a feather boa.
But now she's becoming known for betraying trans youth and human rights by cosponsoring KOSA.

Your take is excellent. I am a registered dietitian and a professor with a PhD in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition. The new DGA are lots of vibes masquerading as science; definitely not based on good science, but enough reasonable things to have the veneer of science and scientific rigor.
