It doesn't surprise me that a lot of people in the US don't remember the illegal 1989 US invasion of Panama to capture Noriega and create regime change, but I do kinda raise an eyebrow at how many overlook the illegal 2003 US invasion of Iraq to capture Hussein and create regime change.
