Thought-fart: is the fear of nuking the filibuster actually that legislation will get done along bipartisan lines and collapse the notion of party orthodoxy (Maybe even on both sides of the aisle?)

“Trying these people under the law (which we’ve circumvented to condemn them to death) is not our job.”
Q: Some smugglers have survived these strikes and been sent back to their home countries. If they're terrorists, why not arrest and detain them?

TRUMP: *immediately punts question to Hegseth*

“I am not a secret Nazi” is exactly the kind of unnecessarily equivocal statement you would expect from an American Nazi.

It pains me to see it, because Platner seemed like the real deal.

Would be unsurprised if they’re renting their own personal vehicles out to themselves, in light of the recent case involving the shooting of Marimar Martinez and subsequent evidence tampering of the involved ICE vehicle being a personal one driven back to Maine.
Ellis asks about dashcam videos. Harvick initially says "some of our vehicles are rental vehicles which we put red-and-blue portable lights in."

But then he says CBP vehicles, in general, don't have dashcams.

He confirms for Ellis that the only video would be from body-worn cameras.

People complaining about a 2% tax bump on their million dollar+ New York City incomes should feel free to enjoy their money somewhere else (in the middle of a derelict soybean field, or 50 miles away from the nearest grocery store, for instance.)

Q: How many layoffs have you authorized?

TRUMP: It'll be a lot. And it'll be Democrat-oriented.

So Trump is defunding the police.
Department of Homeland Security is cutting over $187 million or 86% of homeland security funding to New York State which will radically defund NYPD, FDNY, and NY State Police terrorism programs, according to a letter from New York Governor Kathy Hochul to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

The Onion has spent the last two months working on a masterpiece.

It's a documentary titled Jeffrey Epstein: Bad Pedophile.

It's so good, in fact, we were set to release it in theatres nationwide on October 2nd.

Then two weeks ago, Charlie Kirk was shot.

A lot of people in the replies chuckling about how they couldn’t possibly take “antifa“ to court.

They’ve been summarily executing “terrorist drug runners“ (fishermen?) off the coast, guys.
Trump just designated “Antifa” as a terrorist organization, on par with ISIS and Al Qaeda. As a reminder, “antifa” is short for “antifascist”.

They will use this lie to surveil, imprison, and kill Americans on the left.

This may be our Reichstag Fire moment. Wake up.
