If this passes, trans existence in the US will become OVERWHELMINGLY more difficult nationwide. Blue state laws will not be able to protect us from the rammifications of this legislation.

EVERYONE needs to call their Senators and demand that these provisions be ripped out of the bill.

This is five-alarm fire for trans rights. This is THE WHOLE BALLGAME. This bill codifies in law that trans existence is 'wasteful,' designates us as our birth sex in the eyes of the law FOREVER (goodbye ID documents and bathroom access), and functionally BANS transition for MOST trans people.
