This is overt racism. Full stop. There’s no ‘misinterpretation’ and no excuse. This is who he is, who he’s always been, and why he should never be anywhere near power again. And there’s a reason the tapes from The Apprentice have never been released.

A plea to my fellow professionals in the media. Please put Trump’s racism on the top of your news agendas? Where is it? The leader of the “free world” is using his racism to make all of our lives worse instead of better. A racist is a threat to us all. Whatever else he is doing, holds no worth.

This is the problem with Number 10’s repeated defence on Mandelson, too: it boils down to saying “we knew he was friends with the world’s most notorious paedophile, but not *good* friends”…which is not a great defence!
One thing the Mandelson affair shows is that it is good for politicians to have a moral compass that exists outside of polls and media cycles. Because the latter changes on a dime and suddenly something that was ok becomes the reason for a major political crisis

Trump has just posted a video of the Obamas pictured as monkeys. This should hit headlines. We warned you about him years ago, but many made him a friend, defended him, salivated and gave him football shirts. Our thoughts are with black people everywhere and my own family. I am sorry. I am so sorry.

It was always about the next job.

Epstein reviewed a draft of Mandelson's memoir - he said "as currently written the chances of a JPMorgan position would be zero"

Mandelson not remotely shocked by this. He just thought JPM wouldn't read it.

Amazon dropped $75M on the Melania doc — with a big chunk going into the Trumps' pockets.

Since then, Amazon Web Services got a $580M Pentagon contract.

And this week, Pete Hegseth visited Blue Origin facilities as the DoD overhauls how it hands out defense contracts.

Always follow the money.

The level of corruption on display at the moment really is something isn’t it? More blatant than you’d imagine. We must remember this when we are asking who is donating to Farage and Reform or Johnson or whoever. It’s this simple.

JPMorgan should ‘threaten’ UK over banker tax, Mandelson told Epstein.

Mandelson was Business Secretary at that time in 2009.

After leaving govt in 2010, Mandelson set up an advisory firm called Global Counsel, JPMorgan was a client.

Must be investigated.

A reminder that Reform's candidate for Gorton and Denton, Matt Goodwin, has still not explained what he meant by this claim that developments in genetic science will make younger generations more right wing as they understand the "inherent differences" between different groups
