I want to read a specific book next but it would break the arbitrary tbr pile rules that I made for myself and nobody else knows about so I can't.

Two coworkers and I just made a horror book club where we'll just make each other read our recommendations based only on vibes. The only rules are it has to be indie published and we respect each other's cw list.

I literally learned today that mutuals are people who follow each other, not people who have a mutual friend. I've been using it wrong for years now so I guess I'm too old for social media now.

Sometimes I think maybe I'm not really disabled enough to claim the label. Then I try to do things I could when I was younger and my whole body says absolutely not.

A few years ago my partner sent me to the store for milk. By the time I was done wandering the aisles looking at everything, I had forgotten why I was there. That made me sad. Pineapple makes me happy. I went home with a pineapple and no milk. He has never let me live it down.
Anyone else married to someone who grocery shops like a college student who just got high for the first time?
Me: flour, butter, eggs, milk, fresh stuff, etc.
Her: dinosaur chicken nuggets, a tub of sour cream, a whole coconut, ice cream bars, and then she asks what I'm making for dinner.

My favorite disability is my spastic hand that usually works fine but occasionally throws things on its own. Lost 10 minutes picking up pennies I was supposed to be counting earlier. Just tossed my juul at my cat by accident. He was very confused.
