more knowledge of these tools increases the disdain because after billions and billions of investment, at most we’re looking at barely acceptable mediocrity and a dangerous abuse vectors. the quality doesn’t warrant it

My big problem with this argument isn't that it's not true or that it's pragmatic. It is that we frame _rights_ that every human being has as up for debate, as something that needs to work for business.
