I don't usually talk about my disabilities but I need to vent. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and my knees have been dislocating because of it since I was 6. Now my finger joints are deteriorating too. I braid my hair every day but my index finger is getting so bad I know I won't be able to forever.

I don't think you're hearing me. Residual growth is the result of events 3 or 4 generations ago, coupled with increasing longevity. The only thing that would make any significant difference would be mass murder. You're picking a fight with a mathematical function.
